2026 Camp Parkview Camper Application

We are back! We are excited to welcome our Camp Parkview community back to Vashon Island for a week of music, art, recreation, and community. Please fill out this application and return it by April 30th.
Please note that COVID-19 Protocols will be in place, including but not limited to pre-camp testing, masks at check-in, and vaccinations. You must provide a 24-hour contact that will be able to pick up your camper if they test positive for COVID-19, or if we have a group of leadership or nurses impacted by COVID-19.
We will be asking ALL new campers to complete a phone or Zoom intake call with Zach before camp in order to check in about the current needs and goals of your camper(s).
The camper fee is $825 in 2026. We are also accepting DDA respite payments. Please email zach@parkviewservices.org for more information about utilizing this payment method.
No one will be turned away for lack of funds, so if this fee creates a hardship for your camper, please reach out to discuss other options.
Application must be submitted by 11:59 PM April 30, 2026.
Campers will be notified of acceptance by May 31, 2026.
