Home Together: Co-Op Home Ownership
Parkview Services, in partnership with Northwest Cooperative Development Center, is hosting a series of information sessions for our Home Together Cooperative Homeownership program, a limited equity co-op model funded by the Kuni Foundation.
A limited equity co-op keeps homes permanently affordable by limiting resale prices, while still offering the stability, dignity, and benefits of homeownership.
These sessions are a chance to explore whether cooperative housing could be a good fit for you or a family member. We’ll walk through how co-op homeownership works, timelines to move-in, and key details, with time for questions. Each session shares the same information.
This model is designed to create stable, affordable homeownership opportunities specifically for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
