- Parkview Services Brunch is September 18, 2026

Join Parkview Services this September as we celebrate the power of home and invest in a future where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities have access to safe housing, meaningful support, and opportunities to thrive.
A safe, stable home is the foundation for independence, health, opportunity, and community.
Over the past year, Parkview Services has expanded affordable housing opportunities by expanding to Thurston County, strengthened Supported Living Services, grown the Vibrant Palette Arts Center, and helped low-income families across Washington achieve the dream of homeownership. Every step of this work is rooted in the belief that stability creates possibility.
As the need for affordable housing and supportive services continues to grow, your partnership is more important than ever. Together, we can ensure that more people have access to the homes, support systems, and communities they need to build fulfilling lives.

Parkview Services is a proud partner organization of the Black Home Initiative (BHI), a regional effort led by Civic Commons to increase Black homeownership in South Seattle, South King County, and North Pierce County. BHI aims to create 1,500 new low- and moderate-income Black homeowners within five years by addressing systemic barriers and fostering cross-sector collaboration. As a partner, Parkview Services contributes to this mission by providing homebuyer education, counseling, and support services. Our involvement underscores a commitment to equitable housing opportunities and the dismantling of historical inequities in homeownership.
