Is the property in the City of Seattle?

For our down payment assistance to apply the property must be located within King County. If you are using City of Seattle down payment assistance the property must be located within City limits. This can be determined as follows:

1. Go to the King County parcel viewer web site - [Click Here]
2. Find the property by one of the three methods suggested on the upper left hand side of the web page.
3. Once property map has loaded in the browser window look up the levy code for the address of the property by clicking on the "Property Report" link on the lower left hand side of the page. That link will load a property report. The levy code can usually be found near the top on the right hand side.
4. If the code is 0010, 0014, 0016, 0025, 0030, or 0032 then the property is within Seattle city limits.
5. If the code is not one of the above then the property is outside of Seattle city limits and the city's down payment assistance layer cannot be used.
