We currently own and manage 52 scattered-site, community-based, single-family rental properties located in King and Snohomish Counties serving more than 140 low-income people with IDDs, many of whom also have physical challenges. The Home Ownership Program consists of the following services: Down Payment Assistance and Housing Counseling for families and individuals covered by the American Disability Act;  Home Buyer Education, Reverse Mortgage Counseling, and Mortgage Delinquency & Default are available to everyone.
